Alison Chaltas has been a strategic thought leader at the forefront of shopper insights and category management for the past 30 years, helping clients connect the dots across diverse data sources to develop growth strategies for the future of shopping in our connected world. Her core strength is building brands and organizations through creative insight-based retail solutions across physical and digital channels. After a decade at P&G, opening new channels of distribution and inventing new frameworks for category management and shopper insights, Chaltas shifted to the world of consulting, helping manufacturers and retailers collaboratively build their brands and teams. She co-founded and built Interscope, a data-driven sales and marketing consultancy focused on growing brands through retail. Chaltas received bachelor’s in economics from Harvard and an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.

John leads Ipsos’ P2P efforts across the Americas. He found his enthusiasm for shopper research working on P&G’s very first Walmart team. During his +20 years at P&G, he developed shopper insights and translated them into activation strategies on every continent except Antarctica – and in the process learned much more about Hair Care than most guys who graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy know! 

Between P&G and Ipsos John has worked across a huge range of industries including ecommerce, Hardware Home Improvement, Beauty, Grocery, Drug and Club, Banking, Hospitality, Healthcare, Apparel and emerging market Traditional Trade. Across every retail channel, John’s passion is watching people in the ever expanding world of shopping and trying to figure out “What they do?” and “Why they do it?”
