The Future of Insights: Building an Insights Capability to Lead the Change

Date and Time:
Wednesday, September 27, 2017 - 3:00pm to 3:45pm
Insights to Activation

The rate of change today is the slowest you will ever experience! Technological advancements, the blurring of consumer and shopper, niche brands accelerating speed to market, new retail formats and transformative commerce are wreaking havoc on a company’s ability to deeply understand its customers’ needs and deliver upon them to exceed expectations and secure loyalists. Knowledge and insights are simply table stakes — building a modern, agile capability to adapt in the changing marketplace is required for companies to unlock growth and stay ahead of the curve. During this dynamic discussion attendees will:

  • Learn about the challenges and opportunities driving the need for companies to transform their insights capability.
  • Understand the characteristics of the “Insights Organization of the Future” from nimble research methodologies to organizational design considerations.
  • Identify implications for building your organization’s capability to compete and win.
