Building on 25 years with Disney, most recently as vice president, innovation & creativity, Duncan Wardle will lead a session that will not only answer these questions but leave you with a series of tangible tools to take on challenges in new and different ways. Attendees will:

  • Learn four lateral thinking tools to help “get out of your own expertise” and think differently.
  • Pickup four creative thinking styles that turn "my idea" into "our idea” resulting in much greater acceptance.
  • Get advice on how to select an idea that will actually drive the business, and execute it without it being diluted.

Innovation & Creativity Catalyst

Duncan Wardle worked for Walt Disney for 25 years and now serves as an independent innovation and design thinking catalyst. He most recently served as VP, innovation & creativity, leading a team of creative ideation and innovation catalysts across all the Disney corporate divisions (Disney Parks, Pixar, Marvel, Lucasfilm, ABC, ESPN and Animation & Imagineering). Wardle also held the posts of VP, global PR for Disney and VP, international marketing & sales for Disney Parks. Over the last three decades, he has served in an executive role for Disney in London, Paris, Los Angeles, Hong Kong, Mumbai and most recently, Shanghai.
