How do I reserve a booth?

What is included with my booth?

  • Company listing in the official Path to Purchase Expo Show Directory (if submitted by the print deadline)
  • 8' high back drape & 3' high side drape (for inline booths only)
  • 7" x 44" booth identification sign (inline booths only)

What if I need to cancel my booth?

When will exhibitor registration open for the P2PX?

Click here to register online. Also, it is a good idea to reserve your hotel room now as room blocks sell out quickly.

Who needs to register for an exhibitor badge?

All personnel that need access to the show floor are required to have an exhibitor badge. This includes, but is not limited to, representatives from the exhibiting company, outside sales representatives and models.

How many exhibitor badges do I get with my booth?

There is no limit for exhibitor badges for company personnel.

What are the hours of exhibitor registration?

  • Monday, September 25, 12:30 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday, September 26, 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday, September 27, 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, September 28, 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

When can I access the show floor to set up my booth?

(Note: An exhibitor badge is required to access the show floor on set up days.)

  • Monday, September 25, 2016 at 12:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday, September 26, 2016 at 7:00 a.m.

When is the exhibit show floor open to attendees?

(Note: Exhibitors are allowed to access the show floor as early as 7:00 a.m. with an exhibitor badge.)

  • Wednesday, September 27, 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • Thursday, September 28, 10:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

What are the hours of exhibitor tear down?

  • Thursday, September 28, 4:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
  • Friday, September 29, 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

What are the rules regarding booth height?

Who is the exhibitor service contractor?

How do I order carpet, drayage, electricity and labor?

Do I need insurance?

Yes. All exhibitors are required to provide proof of insurance to show coverage for property loss or damage and liability for personal injury.

I registered for P2PX but now cannot attend. Can I send a colleague in my place?

Yes, before September 15, 2017, please email with the details of the change, including the replacement's name, title and email address. Once the change is completed your replacement will receive an email confirmation. All changes must be received in writing by September 15, 2017. 

I just found out I can only stay for part of P2PX. Can I transfer my issued badge once I'm at the event?

No, once a badge has been issued to you, we cannot re-issue the badge to a different person.

Is there food available at P2PX?

Yes, a variety of food options are available for purchase in the café located on the exhibit floor.
