Nikkia Reveillac leads the team responsible for management of Soft Soap, Irish Spring and Speed Stick equity, digital communications and innovation research. She also leads the consumer and market insights digital team, which was established in 2015 to provide governance over the process of developing measurement plans for digital advertising campaigns, deliver digital methodological best practices and experiment with new digital tools and technologies for insights generation, innovation and advertising development. In her 10 years at Colgate, Reveillac has worked across all of the company's core categories – oral care, home care and personal care. Reveillac holds a bachelor’s degree in international business with a minor in dance from Barry University and an MBA from Baruch College.
